We do not visit the chateau during the tour as it is inhabited by our owner and his family, but you will have the opportunity to discover the different areas of the chateau, including the vineyard, the vat and aging cellars, and our tasting room.

During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste a selection of Château Paloumey’s red wines, highlighting the diversity of Médoc appellations and the quality of our different terroirs.

Absolutely! At the end of the tour, you can purchase our Château Paloumey wines in our shop. You also have the option to order a shipment of our wines within France and abroad.

You can get to Château Paloumey by bike, car, taxi, or using public transportation (Transgironde bus 705 stop: Paloumey, or the regional TER train line 42 stop Ludon, allow for a 30-minute walk from the station). We also have on-site parking with charging stations for electric vehicles.

Only small pets kept on a leash and under the supervision of their owners are allowed during tours at Château Paloumey.

Yes, we have a parking area where you can park your motorhome only during your Château Paloumey visit. Please note that we do not allow overnight parking or parking for several days, and no electrical hookups are available.

At the Château Paloumey shop, we accept payments in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as by electronic payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Checks are not accepted.

We accept holiday vouchers for payment of visits only. Please use the other payment methods mentioned earlier for any other purchases at the château’s boutique.
