The 2019 is a wine of its generation with its own personality, made up of a blend of restraint, sobriety and suppleness… A dense, deep colour, a nose with a framework of ripe black fruit without excess, such as black cherry, and a few hints of liquorice that add freshness.
On the palate, this pattern continues subtly, with a lovely smoothness and a remarkable mellowness on the mid-palate. The acidity carries the wine through to the end.
